At Art Supplies, we want you to be fully inspired by your purchase; if a product doesn't meet your creative needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Materials

  Securely place the unused art supplies in their original packaging, ensuring delicate items like brushes or canvases are well-protected for transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
